Day Two

Stephen, Jess and Amelia met us a the baggage claim at Jacksonville airport after having come in the night before. Amelia was very excited to see us!!

We pick up our rental car - a nice VW minibus which is VERY comfortable with plenty of room. We left the airport and headed straight to Walmart less than a km down the road. I restrained myself realising that I still had many trips to Walmart ahead of me. Jess bought a car seat and a stroller for Amelia. Amelia had fun picking out the one's that she liked best and was particularly excited by the stroller.

We then drove to Cocoa Beach and checked into our hotel right on the beach. Jess and I took Amelia down to the beach and it actually wasn't too cold. Amelia rolled up her jeans and had fun paddling and chasing the seagulls and collecting shells.

We had a delicous dinner at the Steakhouse on site.

Here endeth day two for us but not Stephen and Jess as Amelia's body clock was out and she kept them up most of the night!!
